“Definitely satisfied”

“Picture of lobby is old. Room was nice size for 2 people. Everything was adequate for an o ernight stay.”

“Well not putting apps on my phone, I wasn't able to get the instructions to our cabin (which I didn't realize I wasn't actually staying the house) so we had to bang on the house door for quite a while since nobody answered the text to the only number we could find on our itinerary sheet. Oh yes it said we would get instructions for checking in and out 3 days before our arrival ( it was that same morning we actually got instructions) if it was done correctly I would of got the instructions before...

“Clean room and was very quiet. Hot tub was amazing!”

“The James River Cabin will go beyond your expectations in aesthetics indoors and out, ease of everything, comfort & pleasure, and all the outdoor fun or relaxation you're looking for in a awesome quiet and private location! “Everything was perfect! This will definitely be our go-to for any future stays in the Springfield area! It was only a ten minute drive to Springfield. The privacy was totally worth the extra driving! Definitely 10/10, 5 STAR, 100% satisfaction!”

“Got this rental for my parents and sister when they visited. They LOVED it. So many thought “extras” that most people don’t supply. We will definitely book again for all of our out of town guests.”

“This was excellent!”

“The 3 separate rooms were nice but we are challenged with a toddler who wakes up frequently in the night so it was a bit tight to fit 3 in any of the smaller beds.”

“We enjoyed staying in this home. It was precisely as described online. Angela was the most responsive host. We hope to stay here again.”

“It was a very pretty and relaxing setting. It would have been nice if there had been a bathroom in the loft but other than that it was great.”

“Very cool setup for a vrbo in a historic downtown building. Loved it!!”

“Everything about this property was 10/10. The whole house was very well kept and extremely clean. The set up was amazing for our big family with kids. Having the playground and basketball court was a hit! There was a space for everyone and we were very comfortable. The host was very responsive and kind. We had a great stay!”

“Very nice house. Very clean. No issues at all checking in or out. The neighbor good was great as well as the location. We really enjoyed staying here. Thank you so much!!!!!!”
